Ann is an amazing agent! My husband and I had started our first home search on a whim and happened to find an area we liked. After a few months of gathering information and preparing to search more seriously, Ann Atamian was recommended to me through an employee program at my job. I had a chance to speak with Ann as a kind of interview over the phone and after about 45 minutes I was sold. My husband and I had come up with some questions and Ann not not answered those but gave us more things to consider about home buying and agent searching in general. We we're able to meet her in person a short time later where Ann displayed her (practically) textbook knowledge of the area we were looking in and the amenities and houses we should start with.
